chore: 从 git 跟踪中移除日志文件、onu.md 和 __pycache__

Browse Source 
- 移除 logs/ 目录下的日志文件
- 移除 onu.md 生成文件
- 移除所有 __pycache__/ 目录
- 更新 .gitignore 防止再次提交
